The location was perfect, within a close distance from Risco Belle Aquatic Gardens. The area was very nice not far from the beaches and town/bars/restaurant as well as restaurants at three star hotels.

Had 4 days in Puerto de la Cruz, spending my time here lovely. The staff were polite and courteous in case of questions. The rooms were bright and cosy and the service good. The restaurant was nice with good food for a nice price and for every budget.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow plus the bed of mine was awful.

The hotel was great. Taste the food in restaurante ruen thai, you only need to walk 300 feet to reach it. Venue was placed not far from such tourist sites as botanical gardens. In love with puerto palace.
